Returns & Exchanges
If you aren't completely satisfied with your Mocka purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided items are in original packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and select the 'Returns' option next to your order to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and instructions.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
